This version requires MaxMSP 4.5.6 or higher (MaxMSP 4.6.3 is highly recommended).

Java externals:
 ej.dx2x: create a list from intervals
 ej.fplay: Non-graphical multi-breakpoint function editor 
 ej.ftom: Frequency to MIDI (with tuning adjustment, works for lists)
 ej.l2buffer: fill a buffer~ with a list 
 ej.lchange: aware of list changes
 ej.lclip: constrains a list within a certain range
 ej.ldrunk: drunk for list
 ej.linterp: more than a list interpolator 
 ej.lop: basic mathematic operations on (big) list
 ej.lquant: Quantize a stream of number or a list (sort of multiple rounding process)
 ej.lscale: maps input range of lists to output range

Other:
 AddShortcuts2Max.command: Bash script (MacOS X only) which add some shortcuts to MaxMSP.
 Installation.command: Bash script (MacOS X only) which allows you to install the ejies.

Automatic installation for MacOS X:
- Double click on Installation.command and follow the instructions...
- You'll be asked for a couple of questions... please answer...
- The Installation.command allows you to install also the shortcuts (same as AddShortcuts2Max.command)
- At the end of the installation you can quit the Terminal application.
- If the installation doesn't work... follow the windows installation procedure.

Manual installation (MacOS or Windows):
- put the CONTENTS of the ejies-extras folder in the ../MaxMSP 4.*/patches/extras folder
- put the CONTENTS of the ejies-init folder in the C74:/init folder
- put the CONTENTS (ej.jar) of the ejies-java folder in the C74:/java/lib folder
- put the CONTENTS of the ejies-jsui folder in the C74:/jsui-library folder
- put the CONTENTS of the ejies-jsextensions folder in the C74:/jsextensions folder
- put the CONTENTS of the ejies-prototypes folder in the ./MaxMSP 4.*/patches/object-protypes/ folder
- put the ejies-insp folder in the ../MaxMSP 4.*/patches/inspectors/ folder
- put the ejies-obj folder in the C74:/externals or whatever you want in the Max Search path
- put the ejies-help folder in the ../MaxMSP 4.*/max-help or whatever you want in the Max Search path
- put the ejies-javadoc folder in the ../MaxMSP 4.*/java-doc/ or whatever you want (in the Max Search path or not...)
